Corrugated Boards

At Jayaraj Fortune, we take pride in saying that we hold the pole position when it comes to manufacturing and supplying of high strength corrugated boards in India.

With our state-of-art manufacturing facility, we produce boards from 3mm to 15mm thickness.

We produce board in flute combinations of E, B, C, A, EB, EC, EA, BC, BA, CA, AA, BCA, ACA and AAA.

Our specialized infrastructure enables us to make the largest boards in the country with maximum sheet size of 5000mm in length and 2240mm in width. This uniquely gives advantage of maximum efficiency in large size box manufacturing.

3-ply

3-ply (or) Single-Wall (or) Double Faced corrugated boards are made of three layers of paper. One fluted layer is sized between two layers of facings.

We produce 3-ply boards in flute profiles of E, B, C and A.

The board thickness for E flute is about 2mm, B flute is about 3mm, C flute is about 4mm and A flute is about 5mm.

5-ply

5-ply (or) Double-wall corrugated boards are made of five layers of paper. Two fluted layers are sized alternatively between three layers of facings.

We produce 5-ply boards in flute profiles of EB, EC, EA, BC, BA, CA and AA.

The board thickness for EB flute is about 5mm, EC flute is about 6mm, EA flute is about 7mm, BC flute is about 7mm, BA flute is about 8mm, CA flute is about 9mm and AA flute is about 10mm.

7-ply

7-ply (or) Triple-wall corrugated boards are made of seven layers of paper. Three fluted layers are sized alternatively between four layers of facings.

We produce 7-ply boards in flute profiles of BCA, ACA and AAA.

The board thickness of BCA is about 12mm, ACA is about 14mm and AAA is about 15mm.
